Returns & refunds policy

All sales are final

Because of the nature of our products, hardware and firmware cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. This includes DMA cards, hardware parts and any firmware or digital licenses. Please check your order carefully before you pay — we are happy to confirm compatibility with you on Discord first.

Manufacturing defects — replacement

If a part arrives with a manufacturing defect, we replace it. Contact us in your order ticket on Discord as soon as you notice the problem, with a description and photos or a short video, and we will arrange the replacement.

Firmware we cannot provide — refund

If we cannot provide the firmware you paid for, we refund what you paid for that firmware.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, tell us right away in your order ticket. We will help if your order has not been processed yet.
