These terms apply to every order placed on dmastrike.com with DMA STRIKE ("we", "us").

Orders

When you order, a private ticket opens on our Discord server. An order is confirmed once our team accepts it and your payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, and refund any payment for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payment methods are shared in your order ticket before you pay.

Delivery

See our shipping policy. Digital products are delivered in your order ticket.

Returns

All sales are final. Parts with a manufacturing defect are replaced. See our returns & refunds policy.

Using our products

Our products are PC hardware and firmware. You are responsible for using them in line with the law and with the terms of any software, game or service you use them with.

Liability

Product pictures are for illustration and the product may look slightly different; the specifications on each product page are what you receive. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
